Bilates is proud to be growing across Bristol with two reformer Pilates studios. Our first and main studio is located in Speedwell — where Bilates began — offering small, instructor-led classes with a maximum of 8 people for a supportive, personalised experience.

From January 2026, we’ll be opening our second studio in Downend, bringing the same inclusive atmosphere and carefully designed reformer classes to a brand-new space. Both locations are female-owned, welcoming spaces, and class credits can be used interchangeably across both studios for complete flexibility.
