We have 3 spaces directly outside the units which are for Bilates customers.

If these are not available please use the space at the far right of the estate, and not other units spaces.

Alternatively there is plenty of free on street parking available nearby.

Please bring water, grip socks and yourself!

We have all the equipment you need so no need to bring anything else.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class start time to get settled in and ready for your class.

We don’t have a separate reception area in Speedwell, so please come once the previous class has finished.

Please leave your shoes and items in the shelves at the front of the studio, check in with your instructor and make your way to your bed of choice!
